Haze problem: Why Indonesia is having a tough time battling forest fires

Over the last few days, the number of hotspots in Sumatra and Kalimantan has fluctuated between 500 and 2,000, causing haze across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. CNA’s Saifulbahri Ismail explains why Indonesian authorities are having difficulty putting out the peatland forest fires.
